What are the delivery times and costs?

In mainland France: delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point for €5, free on orders over €75, or home delivery (Colissimo) for €10.99 (€4.99 on orders over €75); allow 3 to 5 business days. For Europe (Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal), allow 5 to 10 business days, from €6.70 to €9 depending on the destination (free delivery only applies to mainland France). For the French overseas territories (Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon), Colissimo delivery costs €19. An e-mail with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal, as well as Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. We do not deliver to other countries or territories (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and French Polynesia).

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, with its tags and original packaging. Contact us at lyahelegance@outlook.fr to start the request. Perfumes, cosmetics, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Once the return is accepted, you are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
